Nel presente lavoro, l’autrice affronta il fenomeno diffuso del lavoro precario, descrivendo lo scenario economico e le esigenze aziendali che si celano dietro il ricorso da parte delle aziende al lavoro temporaneo, nonché al decentramento produttivo. In proposito, l’autrice passa in rassegna la giurisprudenza spagnola del Trbunal Supremo, formatasi in merito al giudizio di legalità di alcune prassi aziendali destinate esclusivamente a portare benefici alle imprese a danno dei lavoratori.

By describing the economic environment and business needs that inducing companies using temporary workers and the decentralization of production, the author deals with the common phenomenon of precarious work. In this regard, the author analyzes the Spanish case-law of the Supreme Tribunal formed about the judgment of the legality of certain business practices exclusively intended to bring benefits to enterprises to the detriment of workers.
