Pertanto la recente legge delega per la riforma del Terzo settore e dell’impresa sociale ed i suoi decreti di attuazione, rappresentano probabilmente il momento conclusivo di un complesso processo di revisione iniziato in tempi ormai lontani ed i cui primi esiti sono già confluiti in alcuni testi normativi.
