Prendendo le mosse dalla questione relativa all’uso alternativo dei termini contract e contracts nel common law inglese, il contributo si propone di indagare la rilevanza assunta dalla buona fede nell’ambito del law of contract, anche attraverso l’analisi della dottrina e della giurisprudenza.

Starting from the question of the alternative use of the terms contract and contracts in the English common law, the contribution aims to investigate the importance assumed by good faith in the law of contract, also through the analysis of doctrine and jurisprudence.
